LAUINGEN (Germany) - Medium-high and high-power tractors from 135 to 340 HP. A hub of agricultural engineering among the most modern and advanced in Europe: over 60,000 square meters of advanced production lines equipped with state-of-the-art machinery.

TREVIGLIO (Italy) - Specialized and medium-range tractors from 70 to 140 HP. The Italian soul of the company, headquarters of SDF – of which DEUTZ-FAHR has been part since 1995: an advanced plant in terms of technology and sustainability, a perfect example of productive integration with the surrounding area.

RANIPET (India) - Low and medium-low range tractors from 35 to 100 HP, diesel engines from 30 to 160 HP. A key asset in one of the world’s fastest industrializing countries, with agricultural machinery production tailored to the specific needs of Asian and Middle Eastern countries.

BANDIRMA (Turkey) - Low and medium range tractors from 45 to 130 HP, FARMotion Stage V engines from 55 to 125 HP. A bridge between Europe and Asia, a strategically fundamental plant for meeting the production demands of the local market as well as European markets.

LINSHU (China) - 2 production plants Tractors up to 280 HP, harvesting machines. Two versatile facilities that combine complex engineering with agile manufacturing.

1864 Nicolaus August Otto, inventor of the four-stroke internal combustion engine, and Eugen Langen founded N.A. Otto & Cie., the world’s first engine factory, later Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz.

1894 First DEUTZ tractor powered by a 26 HP gasoline engine, was built by the affiliated DEUTZ company in Philadelphia, United States.

1927 First DEUTZ MTH 222 tractor with a diesel engine and 14 HP.

1936 The “tractor of the people,” the F1 M414, was born - featuring a single-cylinder engine with 11 HP, a decisive step in mechanising small farms.

1962 Introduction of hydraulic lift control in DEUTZ tractors, Deutz Transfermatic system.

1972 The Intrac series, a versatile multi-purpose vehicle, was introduced with multiple automatic attachment points for implements, a cabin, front linkage, and power take-off - designed for use in agriculture as well as civil and industrial applications.

1978 The DX series was launched - a new generation of tractors featuring synchronized gearboxes.

1992 The one-millionth DEUTZ-FAHR tractor is produced.

1995 Acquisition of the DEUTZ-FAHR brand and birth of the first generation of DEUTZ-FAHR Agrotron tractors.

2001 Launch of the DEUTZ-FAHR Agrotron TTV tractors, featuring continuously variable transmission.

2017 One of Europe’s most advanced tractor factories was inaugurated in Lauingen.
